Refund Policy – Infinix Enterprises

At Infinix Enterprises, client satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions tailored to your unique needs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

General Policy

Upfront Payment is Non-Refundable:
All projects begin with an upfront payment to cover consultation, planning, resource allocation, and initial setup. This payment is non-refundable.
 
Refund Request Window:

Refunds may only be requested within 30 minutes of payment, provided no work has started. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

 

No Refunds on Discounted Services:
Services purchased under special offers, bundles, or promotional pricing are non-refundable.

Service-Specific Conditions

Website Design & Development

No refund will be granted if:

Initial design concepts or mockups have been delivered.

The design is approved and development has begun.

The website has been made live or hosting access provided.

The client becomes unresponsive for 10+ business days — project will be marked as completed.

 
Domain & Hosting

No refunds will be issued once:

A domain is registered or transferred.

Hosting is provisioned or activated.
These services are billed annually and are non-refundable.

 
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Due to the strategic and time-based nature of SEO:

No refunds will be issued after the campaign has started.

Monthly SEO retainers are non-refundable, regardless of keyword performance.

 
SMM, PPC, and GDN Campaigns

Marketing services are non-refundable once:

Ads or campaign assets (images, videos, captions) have been created.

Budgets have been allocated or ads have gone live.

Tracking tools or pixels have been installed.
Campaign performance may vary due to external factors and is not guaranteed.

Access Delays & Project Inactivity

Refunds will not be issued if:

The client fails to provide essential access (e.g., cPanel, CMS, ad accounts).

Service delivery is impacted due to client-side delays.

The client becomes unreachable for 14 consecutive business days.

A third party is engaged for the same project without our consent.

Final Deliverables & Third-Party Costs

No refunds will be granted after final files or deliverables (e.g., login details, reports, source files) are sent.

Costs incurred from third-party tools, stock assets, plugins, or paid ads are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case by our management team.
Infinix Enterprises reserves the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the conditions listed in this policy.
